Settings marked "open to the manager" stay open even in limited settings (see settings at a glance). Each switch saves immediately, unless a Save button is present.

Tickets tab#

Receipt customisation (open to the manager)#

A single record, with a Save button:

• Customer receipt language: French (default), English, Español, Nederlands. It applies to receipts and order slips (Arabic is not offered here).
• Footer message: for example "Thank you for your visit!". Arabic text is converted to an image so it prints correctly.
• Social networks: Instagram (without @), Facebook, website: they print on the receipt.
• QR code URL on the receipt: the customer scans it to open your online menu or reorder.

The legal details (name, ICE, IF, RC, TP) are set in the General tab: once filled, they are locked (only support changes them).

VAT display (open to the manager)#

• VAT shown on the receipt (default: shown).
• VAT shown at the till (cart).

Items shown on the receipt#

Automatic slip printing prints the customer receipt of every delivery, takeaway, online or Glovo order; a kiosk order awaiting approval prints nothing until staff approve it.

X and Z report format (open to the manager)#

Simple (the financial summary), Detailed (the default: with the order list, best sellers and cancellations) or Ask every time (the cashier chooses at each print). See reading the Z report.

Z report by e-mail#

Included in the base subscription. Rapport Z par e-mail card: the addresses that receive the Z at each closing (several: separate them with a comma), Save, then Send a test e-mail. The e-mail goes out in your shop's name from QodPOS; with the Integrations module you can send it from your own address (integrations). Open to the owner and to a manager in limited settings.

The logo on the receipt#

In the Modules tab, Printing card (open to the manager in limited settings): Logo printed on the receipt (on by default) and Logo height (mm) (5 to 40, 12 by default). The logo itself is uploaded in the Appearance tab; it prints on network thermal printers.

The two kitchen cards only show if kitchen tickets are on (Modules tab, "Printing" card). The "automatic receipts" depend on the Delivery and Takeaway modules.
