The Products page ("Products & Services" for a salon) holds the till's catalogue. Categories are managed in the "Categories" tab of the same page (see categories and modifiers).

The list#

  • Search by name or barcode, filter by category, Archived button to see removed products.
  • Columns: Product (image, name, "Recipe" chip, barcode, "n variants"), Category, Price incl. tax ("From …" with variants), VAT, Stock.
  • 50 products per page, in category then product order.
  • Ingredients do not show here: they have their own screen (ingredients).

Row actions#

  • The Active / Inactive pill: making a product unavailable removes it from the point of sale (till, kiosk, QR menu) and files it under Archived. It is the same as Archive / Reactivate.
  • The pencil opens the record; clicking the image lets you change it, the library offers ready images.
  • The bin (archived products only) deletes permanently: order history is kept.
  • For several products: tick them, then Archive (active list) or Reactivate / Delete (archived list).

Sorting products#

Choose a category, then Product order: drag or use the arrows, then Save the order. This is the order of the till, the kiosk and the QR menu. A new product goes to the end of its category.

The product record#

A single page. Ctrl/Cmd + S saves; the top bar shows "Unsaved" / "Saved" and lets you go to the previous or next product.

Importing and exporting#

  • Import CSV (on the list): a template prefilled with your categories, 500 rows at most. Columns: nom*, prix*, categorie, prix_revient, tva, code_barre, unite, description, image_url, variantes ("Small:20|Large:30"). A preview shows valid rows and errors before importing.
