The Analytics app

The app lives at /{your-organisation}/analytics, with its own login (/analytics/login): email and password, for the owner and managers only. It needs the Analytics app module and its setting (Modules tab). It installs as QodPOS Analytics (installing the app).

Choosing the period#

Closings (default; move from one Z closing to the next by swiping or with the arrows), 7 days, 30 days, This month, or custom dates. A location filter is available.

The cards#

• Revenue: collected and in progress, with cancellations, discounts, refunds and expenses.
• Open orders (refreshed every 30 seconds) and the breakdown by status.
• Orders: tabs History, Cancellations (and changes), Discounts (and points).
• Top products, sales by type and by channel.
• Kiosk funnel (kiosk).
• Payment methods and Customer settlements.
• By category, Team performance, Best customers, Low stock.

Figures follow the business day, bounded by the Z closing (Z closing).
