The Integrations tab is reserved to the owner, and to the Integrations module ("Integrations (WooCommerce, Glovo, API)"). Secrets (SMTP passwords, keys) are never shown to a manager.

Sending the Z report from your address#

The Z report by e-mail is included for everyone: its recipients are set in the Tickets tab (tickets and printing) and it goes out in your shop's name from QodPOS. Here you can make it leave from your own address.

  • E-mail provider: SMTP (default) or Brevo (API). Brevo sends over HTTP: handy when the host blocks SMTP ports.
    • Brevo: Brevo API key (xkeysib-…) and Sender e-mail (verified in Brevo).
    • SMTP: Host (for example smtp.gmail.com), Port (587), SSL/TLS (port 465; off = STARTTLS 587), User, Password (or app password).
  • Send reports to reminds you of the recipients set in the Tickets tab. Optional Sender name ("Café Atlas — Reports").
  • Save, then Test SMTP / Test Brevo (35 seconds at most): the test goes to those recipients.

A cleared text field keeps the old value on the server. The report's content is described in closing.

External integrations#

API keys connect platforms (QodWeb, WooCommerce, Glovo…): received orders arrive in the till's "Online" tab (online orders).

API endpoints#

Two read-only addresses, with Copy:

  • Order sending: …/api/external-orders/ingest.
  • Product catalogue sync: …/api/external-orders/sync-products.
  • Header: Authorization: Bearer <key>.

API keys#

New integration: Name (required), Platform (QodWeb, WooCommerce, Glovo, Other), Webhook URL (optional; a public https:// address where QodPOS sends confirmed / cancelled state changes). Create the key (format qod_…).

For Glovo, add Client ID, Client Secret, Chain ID and (optional) Store ID, found in the Glovo partner portal ("Shop Integrations"), then copy the "Glovo webhook" address into that portal.

Per key: show/copy, activate/deactivate, edit the webhook, delete (the key is revoked immediately).

WooCommerce#

  1. In WooCommerce: Settings › Advanced › REST API: create a key.
  2. Here: Site URL (public), Consumer Key (ck_…), Consumer Secret (cs_…), then Test.
  3. Copy the webhook URL into WooCommerce; add the Webhook secret to verify the signature (optional).
  4. Turn on Enable WooCommerce and Save: orders arrive in the "Online" tab.

Sync products imports the catalogue (images downloaded and compressed). Products absent from WooCommerce are archived (recoverable). Product matching links WooCommerce products to the till's (by name, or by hand) so online orders complete by themselves. Import via CSV (advanced) (WooCommerce or Shopify) replaces the whole catalogue after confirmation.

Request format#

API documentation: POST …/ingest in JSON. Required: externalOrderId, customer.name, items[].name, items[].qty, items[].unitPrice; optional: phone, address, externalProductId, total, notes, paymentMethod.
